Layers of genoise, strawberry mousse and key lime mousse surrounded by printed joconde, finished with a lime zest glaze.
Serve cold.

Layers of espresso soaked coffee genoise and mascarpone mousse, finished with a cocoa powder stencil design.
Serve Cold.

Opera Torte

Classical preparation with layers of almond and chocolate cakes, coffee buttercream and chocolate ganache, finished with a fine chocolate glaze.
Serve cold.

Caramel Orange Torte

Layers of almond dacquoise, rich caramel mousse and a light orange blossom mousse finished with wood grain joconde and toasted almonds.
Serve cold.

Coffee-Walnut Cake

Moist layers of walnut cake and coffee Italian meringue buttercream, finished with a mixture of chocolate and walnut crumbs.
Serve at room temperature.

White Chocolate Banana Torte

Shortbread crust with layers of white chocolate mousse, banana mousse, and chocolate cake surrounded by basket weave joconde and finished with white chocolate shavings.
