Serve Cold.

Chocolate Ganache Cake

Thin layer of chocolate cake with a rich chocolate mousse surrounded by printed joconde.
Finished with a cocoa powder stencil.

Hazelnut Praline Torte

Layers of hazelnut dacquoise, chocolate cake, hazelnut parline cream and chocolate ganache surrounded by a mixture of chocolate crumbs and nuts, finished with a chocolate glaze.
